First Property Group plc is an award-winning property fund manager and investor with operations in the United Kingdom and Central Europe. Their focus is on higher yielding commercial property with sustainable cash flow.
In order to encourage their stakeholders towards a more environmentally friendly approach to reviewing their Annual Report, Fprop required a suite of reporting resources to be available online, as well as in printed format.
How we helped
Following production of the Annual Report, we worked closely with Fprop to create an Online Summary that complemented the design of the Annual Report in a digital friendly format.
Highlighting the most salient points and giving a top level view of the Annual Report, the Online Summary provided an engaging and interactive user experience, complete with a download section where the user can access segments of the report in PDF or Excel format, as required.
